Report Lost or Stolen Card
To report your First Federal Bank Visa Debit Card or First Federal Bank Credit Card lost or stolen, please call (337) 421-1200, or outside of local area, call (800) 860-1238, during business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST).
To report your card lost or stolen after business hours, please call the number listed below for the appropriate card:
