To report your First Federal Bank Visa Debit Card or First Federal Bank Credit Card lost or stolen, please call (337) 421-1200, or outside of local area, call (800) 860-1238, during business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST).

To report your card lost or stolen after business hours, please call the number listed below for the appropriate card:

  • Debit Card – (800) 472-3272
  • Credit Card – (866) 604-0381

As an additional precaution, please call your First Federal Bank account representative as soon as possible to report your card lost or stolen. Please have your account information available at the time of the call.
