Lost or Stolen Cards

To report a lost or stolen Visa^® debit card, call (800) 472-3272. As an additional precaution, please call your local First Federal Bank account representative as soon as possible to report your card lost or stolen. Please have your account information available at the time of the call.

How Do Digital Wallets Work?

Digital wallet apps store your personal card information on your smartphone or smartwatch, and you still earn the same reward points and have the same capabilities as your physical cards. For in-store purchases, look for your digital wallet’s logo or contactless icon at the point of sale system, then open your wallet app to choose a card. Then simply tap your device on the terminal.
